Michael Biber is the Professional Services Manager with IPv6Now Pty Ltd and CEO of Asia Pacific Networx. Michael is President and Founder of the IPv6 Forum in Australia and is presently acting as Chair of the Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force.
IPv6Now is an accredited IPv6 Transition Authority and is actively involved in IPv6 strategic network planning, training and consultancy. Michael is a Gold Certified IPv6 Forum Network Engineer.

Mr. Hiroshi Esaki
Professor, the University of Tokyo

Hiroshi Esaki is a professor in the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo.
In 1987, he joined Research and Development Center, Toshiba Corporation, where he engaged in the research of ATM systems.
From 1997, he has involved in many of the IPv6 research and development at the WIDE project. He is a co-founder of series of IPv6 special project in the WIDE project, e.g., KAME project, TAHI project USAGI project. He is an executive director of IPv6 promotion council, an vice chair of JPNIC(Japan Network Information Center), and chair of IPv6 Ready Logo Program run by IPv6 Forum.

Mrs. Miwa Fujii
Senior IPv6 Program Specialist: APIPv6TF Secretariat

Miwa Fujii is currently the APNIC Senior IPv6 Program Specialist. Her role is to assist the Asia Pacific Internet community in managing issues related to IPv4 address exhaustion and the transition to IPv6.
She is responsible for various projects that support the smooth transition to IPv6 including outreach activities to multi-stakeholders.
Miwa regularly represents APNIC's view on the transition to IPv6 at global IPv6 Summits, Forums, intergovernmental organizations such as APEC, APT, SPC and other conferences around the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. SanJaya
Operations and Services Director at APNIC

Sanjaya is the Operations and Services Director at the Asia Pacific Network Information Center (APNIC) and a member of the APNIC Executive Team. He manages the Member Services, Resource Services, and Project Management Units and brings to the role 28 years experience in information and computer technology.
Sanjaya joined APNIC in 2001 as Project Manager for the successful design and deployment of MyAPNIC, including the implementation and management of the APNIC Certification Authority. He is also actively involved in Internet industry standard and policy development and has authored numerous policy proposals that have been approved by the APNIC community.

Mr. Tran Minh Tan
Deputy Director General of Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC)

Tan holds an Engineer degree in Computer Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology and a Master degree in Information Technology from Hanoi National University.
Tan had joined the Vietnam Data Communications Company – VDC (a biggest ISP in Vietnam) for years as Chief of R&D Software Department. He joined Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) in 2000.
His responsibility is in charge of .VN domain name, IP address allocation and management in Vietnam; Internet addressing policy researching and external community cooperation. He has been involved in IP policy developing since he joined VNNIC, and he has been actively devoted himself on promotion and deployment of IPv6 network in the local community. He was author or co-author of several Regulations on .VN and IP address management in Vietnam.
Tan is also a member Board of the Vietnam National IPv6 Task Force.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Thang
Deputy Director General of Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC)

Thang holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Master degree in Electronics Technology.
He joined Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) in 2000. He was one of the first engineers working for the critical system for “.vn” ccTLD, and plays a key role in building the national DNS system for .VN domain.
He is in charge of Technology, Research and Development, national .VN DNS system, Vietnam National Internet Exchange point (VNIX). He is also the person who designed and setup IPv6 Network. He has been actively devoted himself on promotion and deployment of IPv6 in Vietnam. Thang is a member Board of the Vietnam National IPv6 Task Force

Mr. Shin Shirahata
EVP at Clara Online

Shin SHIRAHATA is a EVP at Clara Online in Japan, and Director at USONYX in Singapore. He has over 12 years of experience in the hosting industry.
Shin received the B.A. degree in Environmental Information and Masters degree in Media and Governance, both from the Keio University in Japan.
In year 2008, He founded Tokyo6to4 Project, an IPv6 deployment project through 6to4 and Teredo. He has been serving as a steering committee of IRS (Inter-domain Routing Security) Workshop, a community for sharing inter-domain security related information among ISPs.

Mr. Vũ Thế Bình
Director General of NetNam

Binh joined NetNam in 1996, one year before the official introducing of Internet into Vietnam and NetNam become one of the first 4 ISPs. His job related to Internet technologies, services and business since then. NetNam started introducing e-mail services in Dec 1994, while it was a spin-off division of Institute of Information Technology.
Previously the CEO of NetNam in Jun 2010 after its IPO, he acted as Internet-related engineer, business manager and deputy director of state-owned NetNam company.
Binh has also involving in promoting Free & Open Source Software (FOSS) in Vietnam, as he managed various international-related FOSS projects and now acting as a VP of Vietnam FOSS Association (VFOSSA).
He was born in Hanoi and had graduated from HUT (Hanoi University of Technology), having Master of Economics from VCU (Vietnam Commerce University) and spent a year studying FOSS and e- business in Germany.

Mr. Nguyen Luu Hoang
Solution and Integrated system engineer, NetNam Company

Hoang is working in WANSI (WAN solutions and SI) division of NetNam Corporation.
He was born in Hanoi, graduated from HUT (Hanoi University of Technology) in 2009, and now he's finishing his MBA at FTU (Foreign Trade University).
He's been working for NetNam since 2009 as a system engineer and pre-sales person. He's appointed to be in the NetNam IPv6 Task Force since 2010, and also taking part in various advanced technologies projects, including CISCAI (www.ciscai.org). He's also actively participating in many IPv6-related events, such as APRICOT 2012 and APNIC recently in New Delhi

Mr. Seiichi Kawamura

Seiichi Kawamura is a network engineer at NEC BIGLOBE Ltd, an ISP based in Japan. Since 2007 he has served as a Steering Committee member of the Japan Network Operators' Group (JANOG) and is also an active participant in open policy meetings in the JPNIC community

Mr. Yoshinobu Matsuzaki
Senior Engineer at Internet Initiative Japan Inc (IIJ)

Yoshinobu Matsuzaki is a Senior Engineer at Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (IIJ/AS2497), a pioneering commercial ISP in Japan. He has a decade of network operation experience with the IIJ backbone network team. His areas of expertise include network design, network operation, network security, and DNS. He has given numerous talks at JANOG, NANOG, RIPE, and APNIC meetings, as wells as other workshops.

Mr. Dean McDonald
Senior Engineer APC

Dean McDonald joined Nominum, Inc in 2007 and is the Director of Sales Engineering for greater Asia Pacific. He is responsible for managing Nominum’s technical initiatives and supporting network operators throughout the region. In addition, he also plays key roles in developing mobile aspects of Nominum's N2 platform, based on the Nominum IDEAL Ecosystem; with products designed specifically for 2/3G, LTE and IMS networks. Dean began his carrier in Australia in the 90's and has significant experience in IP networking, application development and network security. Dean has a Masters degree in Networking & Systems Administration

Mr. Kok-Keong Lee
Director of Systems Engineering for ASEAN in Cisco Systems

KK Lee is currently the Director of Systems Engineering for ASEAN in Cisco Systems. He is responsible for the engineering operations in the region, as well as technologies and network architecture development. He has over 20 years of experience in the network engineering field, and has been working closely with major service providers in the Asia Pacific region on Internet backbone design and IP transport architecture. In addition, he works with Asian governments on national broadband infrastructure and defense organizations on network strategy and infrastructure development.
KK also volunteers as a member of the Singapore Telecommunications Standards Technical Committee (TSTC) for IPv6 development. He also serves as an External Expert Member in Technical Competency Accreditation Panel for Singapore Defense Science and Technology Agency (DSTA). He is also a field advisor for Cisco’s Service Provider Core & Edge worldwide virtual team, providing guidance and development of Internet technology direction and training programs for the technical community.
KK holds a degree in Computer & Informational Science from the National University of Singapore. He is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE), and he is the co-author of the following technical books :

• IP Network Design Guide, published by IBM Redbooks

Mr. Don Tan

Don brings with him over 13 Years of Technical, Sales, Product Marketing and Management experience in the technology industry. His responsibilities encompass overseeing the BlueCat Networks’ South Asia & Indian business.
Don holds a B.S in Computing with Honors from the University of Portsmouth, in addition to numerous industries recognized certifications, which he has accumulated over the years.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc

Nguyen Minh Duc is director of Internet Security Division for BKAV.
For more than 9 years working in network security field for BKAV, he has led numerous researches which assess and give important warnings about security issues in Vietnam.
On a regular basis, the Division he is in charge of has been cooperated with big-scaled banks, financial and telecommunications companies, etc. in Vietnam as an independent network security assessing and consulting body.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc is also the main lecturer in security training courses BKAV provides for banks, telecommunications companies, etc. He has often been invited for speech by world famed security conferences.

Mrs. Nguyen Hong Van
Director of Vietnam Research and Education Network (Vinaren)

Mrs. Van has worked at Vinaren since she graduated Hanoi University of Science and Technology. She has responsibilities for ICT development strategy in Ministry of Science and Technology; she, moreover, take part in the project regarding technology development and service deployment in Vietnam. From 2002 to 2008, she was a PhD student for Computer and Technology in “Computer Science and Network” in Stockholm University and The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. She has 9 articles with regard to the major. Van holds Ph.Lic and Ph.D. in relation to Computer Science and Network in Stockholm University. After that, she dedicated to develop ICT of Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2010, she has been a director of Vinaren with supporting sustainable development of Vinaren. She is also a member of The Trans-Eurasia Information Network in the 4th stage.
